Truffle butter
Truffle butter is butter which has been infused with tiny pieces of truffles, the fruiting bodies of fungi in the genus Tuber. This gourmet item is available at some markets and specialty stores, and you can also make it at home, assuming that you have access to truffles and high quality butter.
