The Best Life Diet Last Free Day at Oprah
Tonight is a big day for diabetes research. First Cambridge University researches use artificial pancreas as hope for diabetes. Oprah and Dr. Oz have a big night about diabetes and, as showed on her site, it is the last day of Bob Green’s Best Life Diet free 30 day trial.
Dr. Oz called diabetes as America’s silent killer. He calls on America to wake up, prevent and fight diabetes. Then, Dr. Ian Smith, Bob Greene and chef Art Smith talk on how to stop America’s silent killer: diabetes.
Dr. Green has offered a free 30 day trial of his Best Life Diet program as one way to prevent diabetes. It includes health meal plans, 3-phased approach, clear calorie goals and support from friends. The site claims that many people have lost weight and gotten healthier on The Best Life Diet. Now it aims to help the millions of people who have pre-diabetes or diabetes.
Oprah Winfrey supports the program putting more weight on it with her word. “Another thing I know for sure now is that you’ve got to ask yourself, What kind of life do you want and how close are you to living it? You cannot ever live the life of your dreams without coming face to face with the truth…” Oprah is quoted on The Best Life Diet website.
The plan has gradual steps. It offers step by step phrased approach so users can make changes that they can live with, gradually. Each phrase lasts four weeks. It also provides a way of keeping a log to determine the three factors that affect user’s blood sugar. Keeping rack of sugar readings, meals, exercise and medications helps to keep it under control.
The free trial of The Best Life Diet, according to Oprah’s site info, ends today, February 4th, 2009.

Maybe this is me talking nonsense, but it seems like Google isn’t a company run strictly by the top and they seem to be doing quite well.
